Playing a match

In Face to Face, two players use opposite sides of one phone and both confirm Ready. In Solo, select an AI difficulty: Easy, Normal or Hard. You can choose a target of 5, 7 or 11 goals, Normal or Fast puck speed, and the Classic, Midnight or Ice table.

You can pause and explicitly resume a match while it remains in progress. A crash or a cold launch is not a promise that an active match can be restored.

Settings

Settings offers controls for sound, haptics, reduced effects and optional analytics. You can decline analytics or change your choice later.

Preparing a support request

Useful details for a support request include the app version and build, iPhone model and operating-system version, the game mode and relevant settings, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, Apple credentials, personal documents or other unnecessary private information.

Screenshots you choose to provide to support would be separate from game telemetry. The app does not collect screenshots or recordings for analytics.

Analytics requests

If you need to reference earlier analytics, retain the displayed Analytics ID before turning analytics off. Turning it off stops later capture and clears unsent local analytics and the local ID; it does not erase events already received by PostHog.
